Returns Policy
- You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.
- We only accept returns for damaged items. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if this is the case.
- If you've changed your mind and the item has already been dispatched, you can still return it, but you'll be responsible for the postage costs, which are non-refundable.
- Returned items must be in perfect, resellable condition. If not, we won't be able to issue a refund.
- Please note that commissions and personalised items cannot be returned due to their custom-made nature.
- To initiate a return, email us at tom@tomlairdillustration.co.uk. Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without prior approval won’t be accepted.
- Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for return.
Cancellations Policy
- If you change your mind, please reach out to us as soon as possible! If the item has already been shipped, the Returns Policy will apply.
- For commissions and personalised items, which are custom-made, cancellations follow the Refunds Policy (details below).
Refunds Policy
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that banks and credit card companies may take some time to process the refund.
- For commissions and personalized items:
- If the commission is agreed upon and paid for but work hasn’t started yet, you’ll receive an 85% refund.
- If work has started and is about halfway completed, you’ll receive a 50% refund.
- If the artwork is over halfway done, completed, or a digital proof/printed piece has already been sent, no refund will be issued.
